I’ve always wanted to design an Austrian twisted stitch pattern. I can’t say how traditional these are, but I think they’re very pretty. They’re named after the Danube River. The pattern is not for beginners, but isn’t as hard I expected and it works up surprisingly quick (after the requisite disasters, of course!) Please let me know if there are any typos/errors/etc! I’m happy to answer any questions.
