The DeLiGhT Cowlkercheif is a top down one piece pull over the head attached (circular seamless) shawl/scarf/cowl with optional beading. It a circle scarf with a shawl shape worn point forward

It is appropriate for an advanced (or even adventurous) beginner to color work because though you will be working with two colors, you only will be using one color at a time. No need to carry floats across the row.

The directions make it useful for text only readers or chart readers as is has both complete line by line text and/or charts so you can choose to knit from the format you are most comfortable with.

MATERIALS:
YARN size and colorway info for DeLiGhT-
l created the DeLiGhT sample with
1 - 240 yd skein of gradient fingering weight yarn - specifically Wolle’s Color Changing Yarn
AND
1 - 240 yd skein of a coordinating solid fingering weight yarn

Alternatively you can substitute any fingering weight yarn of your choice in
240 yds of gradient yarn- or variegated yarn- or ombre yarn
-and-
240 yds of a coordinating solid

Or you can use two solids of 240 yds each.

If beading you will also need a #12 crochet hook as we will be beading as we knit.

BEADS (optional) - you will need 656 size 6/0 beads in the color of your choice to either stand out from your yarn (like mine do if green example with light blue beads) or blend in.
