Pattern is available as part of the e-book, Diamonds are a Knits’ Best Friend. It is from the Mad About Ewe Fine Yarns Retreat 2020.

This collection consists of four patterns that feature a cabled Diamond Motif.

The patterns are all knit a differently from the normal start. The two hats are knit from the top down. Either hat could be finished with either edging. One hat has a somewhat unique shape, it is almost square.

The scarf is knit from the center to the ends. And the poncho has a very unique cast-on – a picot cord cast-on. The edging on the poncho is a rich, but simple wrapped stitch pattern.

The knitting is mostly basic stitches, cables and simple lace, garter stitch or reverse stockinette.

Materials: Eco-wool;
Note – one hank of the Eco + has enough yardage for a hat and a scarf combo.
Note - hat instructions are both written and charted.
Note – hat sizes are set in the Ribbing.
