It must be my Irish-ness that makes me fall instantly in love with all things green. So, when I saw The Knitting Goddess Colour Wheels in green, it was only going to be a matter of time before I had to have one for myself. The colours whispered about Irish Moss & the Sea, reminding me of the West Cork coast. This pattern is as close to that beautiful part of the world as I can bring you in knitting.

Knit in a single piece from a cast on of just 5 stitches, this Irish Moss shawlette shows off the semi-solid colours beautifully.

Although the pattern is designed for The Knitting Goddess Colour Wheels the pattern is in two pieces, the basic pattern and details of how to use the colour wheel so it can be knit in any 4 ply yarn. It can also be extended to make a longer shawl.
