In order to make this dainty little prop, you will need to know (or learn) how to knit in the round, on double pointed needles, as well as purl.
This is a very simple pattern, as well as a great beginner one; however, for those more experienced, I have taken the guesswork out of the sizing!

This pattern includes sizes Preemie-5T!
