Pretty little sleeveless gilet / waistcoat with a lace edging

Only requires around 32g of DK (8ply) yarn

The lace edging is knitted on 4.5mm needles

Stitches are picked up along the edging, and then the main part is knitted on 4mm needles

Only two tiny shoulder seams to join - or you could do a 3needle bind off / Kitchener stitch

This would make a really sweet baby shower gift
