Epione is a generous, crescent-shaped wrap. Initially worked in short rows to achieve the length, it is finished with a dramatic border worked in rows along the outside edge.

In the myths, Epione was the goddess of soothing.

Dimensions: (pre-blocking) 13 in. (33 cm) wide and 52 in. (132 cm) along the inner curve. (post-blocking) 18 in.
(45.7 cm) wide and 58 in. (147 cm) along the inner curve.

The yardage listed above is for one hank of Yasmin. The weight is given as 130g. When I finished crocheting, I had 13g of yarn remaining.

Stitches used: chain, double crochet, foundation single crochet, half double crochet, single crochet, two double crochet cluster, picots, and a special stitch combination.
