• DESCRIPTION

The hat is easy to make, with advanced beginner knitters in mind.

Using knit and purl stitches, you will create ribbing, learn to knit in the round and it will also introduce you to decreasing and shaping.

This hat will be super cozy to wear in the cold weather.

Yarn

1 skein of super bulky yarn - white (Lion Brand wool ease thick and quick in fisherman) - you don’t need a full skein of this, just enough for the accent color and the pom-pom.

1 skein of super bulky yarn - Red - Yarn Art Alpine Alpaca.

Super Bulky/Super Chunky/14 Ply.

Needles

Set of 10.00mm (US 15) 16″ circular knitting needles

Level – Easy (advanced beginner)

This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, fair isle colorwork (basic), increasing, decreasing, and working in the round.

• SIZING

Adult woman

Height w/o pom = 8.5 inches / Width (flat and unstretched) = 9 inches
