Please note: Unlike the majority of my shawl patterns, which are both written out and charted, Fine Hewn is charted only.

Cephalopod Yarns’ gorgeous colorway Killer Bee inspired this large crescent-shaped shawl. With an expanding, shield shaped texture, Fine Hewn looks like it was carved from wood. A knitted on sideways cabled edging provides the perfect finish and precludes a long bind off row. Knit in luxurious Bugga!, Fine Hewn is the perfect shawl or scarf for any weather.
