The stitch pattern is rather elastic and can adapt to a range of sizes. The pattern as written will comfortably fit a hand measuring 7.5 inches around the palm.

Size modifications can be easily be done by going up or down a needle size. Another possible option could be adding or deleting a purl stitch from one of the purl sections in between the cables.
