These slippers are seamless and top down, with no heel to turn and no picking up of stitches or short rows - yet they hug the foot and stay on beautifully. I’ve designed them to have an anatomically correct profile on the side of the foot - a bit shallower at the toe end so they really follow the form of your foot. Now you can follow your feet wherever they take you, without tripping over a sagging slipper.

Sizes
These are actual foot sizes. Choose the size closest to your actual size (the pattern contains negative ease)

Gauge & needles
14 sts to 10cm/4 in over stockinette. I suggest average knitters try 5.5mm/US 9). Pattern is written for circular needles. I think these ones could be worked on DPNs (though I have not tested this, so this is at your own risk!)

Yarn choices and yardage
I used Hayfield Bonus Chunky. Yarn A: colourway 0689 (pink), Yarn B: colourway 0651 (dark blue). This is an acrylic yarn for practicality - but wool or mixed fibres will be fine too.

19cm-20.5/7 ½-8in in: Yarn A 22m/24yds, Yarn B 72m/79yds
21-22cm/8 ¼ - 8 ¾ in: Yarn A 28m/31yds Yarn B 93m/102yds
