Correction : after row 19 I should have written “row20” and continue counting by mistake it’s written row22 and continued but the knitting instructions are correct there are no rows missing just a typo in the number of the row (after row19 continue normally to row22 as if it wrote row20 ignoring the titlenumber of the row)

The sample dress on the pattern pic has 5 rows stockinette between sleeve creation and bust decreases , I’ll make one bustier with 3 in some time from now
