Does your new addition have a photo shoot in his or her future? This sweet giraffe hat and diaper cover may be just what your looking for :)

You will need 1 ball of impeccable loops and thread yarn - butterscotch - to make this you will need hold 2 strands of yarn together. I had never tried this before , because I thought it would be too difficult, but it was surprisingly easy. Before you start the pattern, just roll 1/2 of the yarn into a separate ball and your all set.

Other supplies needed:
teeny amount of polyester stuffing (for the horns)
2 small decorative buttons for diaper cover
2 small black eyes (1/2 inch) for the giraffe’s eyes
thread and needle to sew the buttons on
5 mm hook
tapestry needle
small amount of taupe yarn (nares)
small amount of contrasting yarn (bow for the tail)

This pattern uses basic crochet stitches.

Usual copyright conditions apply :)

Thanks for stopping by and happy crocheting :)
