A classic “Grand Dad shirt” worked in garter sts.
This shirt might look a bit ordinary, but be hold, it’s all in the details.

Grand Dad is worked in flat bottom up. Shoulders are worked together with a 3needle bind off, sleeves are worked top down.

To get the authentic casual look, the back is a bit longer than the front, slids in both sides with i-cord edges that turns into slip st edge, making grafting a peace of cake, and a nice decorative detail along the side seams.

This version of Grand Dad is worked on smaller needles, perfect for indoor use.
