Easy to memorise 2 row repeat, suitable for beginners.

Now is the time to use your precious hand dyed yarns!

Yarn
100g skein of 4ply/fingering weight yarn.

Gwenevere can be created two ways:

  • work one piece and join for an easy cowl

or

  • work two pieces and join for a scarf with a lovely scalloped edge.

Blocking really opens up the lace design and reveals the true beauty of Gwenevere.

If you have never blocked before don’t worry, you do not need special equipment. You can use regular sewing pins and lay flat on a duvet or folded sheets on the floor.

However, if you choose not to block your Gwenevere will still be beautiful in a charming and rustic way.
