Hachidori is a felted Japanese knot bag with a very long strap that can be worn cross-body, or knit shorter for something more like a tote. Slip the long strap through the short one to close and wear.

“Hachidori” is Japanese for “hummingbird” which itself has nothing to with the bag, but I wanted a Japanese name as a nod to the bag’s style and hummingbirds are kind of a thing with me.
