A fun and easy to knit project~

I love the simplicity of these fingerless mittens. They are a simple knit so great even foe a beginner knitter. The twisted stitch frames your wrist and a stretchy bind off keeps things loose and comfortable around your hand.
The top stitching adds a bit of personality. Knitted flat and seamed.
A photo tutorial guides you through the seaming and top stitching detail.
The length of these mittens is 6”, though can easily be made longer
(more yarn of course will be needed).

Yarn:
Tubing, a bulky weight yarn held double throughout the project.
164 yards (150) per skein.
C1 used 145 yards (133 m) for the mittens
C2 used 6 yards (5.5 m) for the top stitching.

Notions:
US size 7 (4.5 mm) circular or straight needle

Gauge:
22 sts and 22 rows in 4” of 1 X 1 Rib stitch

Level of Expertise: Easy
