Meet Harold (and Maude) - the fifth installment to the Lovestruck collection, a series of twelve star-crossed afghan blocks sure to melt your heart.

Each block in the Lovestruck collection comes with the pattern for a 9 inch afghan block and the pattern for a complimentary border that will bring the square to 12 inches. Better yet, all of the borders are interchangeable among the other blocks in the collection so you can mix things up and play matchmaker! Instructions are also included for the borders to be used on other square or rectangle projects.

Get all 12 patterns in the collection in the Lovestruck eBook and save $10! Click here to go to the eBook.

Designer’s note: Harold is a pretty easy square to make using mostly basic stitches, but the strong architectural elements pack a punch. I recommend following along with stitch markers at least the first time around.

Two versions of the pattern are included for download - a photo-rich version and a no-frills, printer-friendly, text-mostly version that includes a single small photo.
