ERRATA: The instructions for the Scarf Cable should have the cable occurring over the center 18 sts of those section, with 7 sts on either side worked in Rev St st.

Finished Circumference of hat: 17”, to fit heads between 18-20”
Finished Measurements of scarf: 4”x 36”

Construction Notes: Hatband/brim is worked side to side, flat. Stitches are then picked up and worked from the Hatband to the crown. Scarf is first worked sideways, and then each end is picked up and worked separately. Cables and colorwork are charted.
