Available as part of the Cable Town Collection
(5 patterns for 4 euros).

The pattern provides stitch counts for both fingering and DK. It can be made as a single or double loop.

The stitch used has a simple 8-round repeat, but produces a pretty result: all even rounds are knit only. Each of the other 4 rows is different, making it very easy to “read” the knitting.

The purl stitches act as “built-in” stitch markers, but those who don’t like purling will be pleased to note that there are very few purl stitches.

Instructions are provided for 3 different edges:

  1. crochet
  2. picot
  3. moss/seed stitch.

There are also 2 different stitch counts for each of the yarn weights (DK or fingering) so you should be able to make it just how you like.
