From the website: The dress shown was made using 3 x 50 gm balls of size 20 DMC Cebelia crochet cotton and a 1.00 mm hook. It is worked in one piece, starting at the neck edge. If your tension is neat and tight I would recommend using a slightly larger hook for extra softness. Maybe a 1.25mm.
