The pattern was first published in the British Fibre Art magazine in December 2021.
The Jasper is a bandana style cowl featuring an interesting, tiled mosaic pattern. The mosaic might look intricate but fear not; it is fun and easy to make.
The cowl is worked in one piece in a mosaic garter stitch, knitting back and forth in rows. Two options for the depth of the cowl are given, 42 and 57 cm / 16.5 and 22.5”. The circumference of the neck opening is the same for both sizes (57cm / 22.5”). The mosaic pattern is charted and written out.
The charts are also given in reversed colours for ease of use in case you decide to swap the light and dark colours in your cowl.

The sample was made in size L.
The yarns used for the sample:
• MC Drops Nord, #1 Off White
• CC Drops Nord, #18 Goldenrod
