Koivu hails from the north woods and can easily go from office to campfire for the weekend.

Koivu is worked in a deeply textured cable pattern and has one very special feature, it is completely reversible! Knit once, wear twice. Packing light has never been easier!

When I was swatching for this vest I was so intrigued by the reverse side of the cables, that I couldn’t decide which side I liked better and knew I had to figure out how to make this reversible!

Worked in the round from the bottom up, the stitches for the neckfacing are set aside and allow the collar to look just as good from the assigned wrong side than they are from the official right side!

The vest is a unisex design and features sloping shoulders and armholes with small gussets that allow for a roomy feel without adding bulk to the underarm area.

See what the pattern stitch would look like in different colors in the last few photos!
