This warm pocket shawl will be fun for any knitter that loves twisting stitches. The patch pockets are added last and insure that the shawl will stay on your shoulders. The two twist stitches compliment each other nicely. The pattern contains two methods of doing both a left twist and a right twist, as well as how to do the optional crocheted edging.

The shawl is made using a worsted weight yarn and size #7 (U.S.) needles (4.5mm).

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good knowledge of twisting stitches).

It would make a beautiful gift for either yourself of someone special to you.

The pattern was expertly text knit by Mary Jo Calwell (Mjc2826@gmail.com) and is made with Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Worsted Weight Yarn (undyed)
