I was asked to create a crochet version of my Layer Me Up Mitts and this is what I produced.

This project, like it’s knit counterpart is also a great stash buster, you can go crazy with colour, use one for each section, alternate or work the entire mitt in one colour, this is totally your choice, The small size (shown on 5.5 inch hands) was using self-striping yarn with a contrast whereas the small size (shown on 7.5 inch hands) example was worked all in one multi coloured yarn. Enjoy experimenting and playing with colour to get the look you like.

I also used a “fake knit stitch” (camel stitch) for those crocheters who wish they could knit.

Sizes: Although easily adjustable.
Extra Small (5 inch)
Small (6 inch)
Medium (7 inch)
Large (8 inch)
