Note: I wear Men’s size Large (approx. 16in around neck) in shirts so the 22in. circumference fits loose but very comfortable around my neck. Make the necessary adjustments for your desired size. If you’re making this for a man, I would lean more on the looser side around the neck rather than tighter.
