Designed by Teresa Chorzepa exclusively for Patternworks, the Meri cardigan is an easy-to-wear, open-front design. The back and fronts are worked sideways as separate pieces and seamed together, and the sleeves are knit by picking up stitches at the armholes and working downward to the cuffs. A simple ridge-stitch pattern with eyelets is a beautiful backdrop for Tahki’s colorful Tandem yarn, a shimmering cotton-blend yarn with striking matte-sheen contrast.
