Simple shells and lacy V stitches cast a net of teardrop shaped lace in this generously sized crescent shawl. The silky softness of the Pima cotton drapes beautifully, and the oversized gauge means it’s as breezy to wear as it is to crochet.

The design is pictured in a crescent/trapezoid shape, but could be easily made into a deep full triangle shawl by simply continuing the pattern repeats until you reach a point.

Working from the top down in a simple, two row repeat means each row is quicker than the last. This clever pattern even includes its own edging- no need to guesstimate how much yarn you’ll need!
