The beautiful blues of the Stitch Please Sapphire yarn reminded me of mermaids and the ocean. Its an allover scale inspired pattern with rolled hems that make me think of waves on the shore.

Both the hat and fingerless mitts can be made with just one skein of yarn. The hat uses approximately 225 yards of fingering weight yarn while the fingerless mitts use approximately 160 yards.
