These gloves, inspired by gloves work by my grandfather during WWII. They are perfect for your first pair of gloves! Designed for men and women they are sized for Small, Medium, and Large!

Materials Needed:

Yarn: 2 skeins of Classic Elite Yarns, Inca Alpaca (100% Alpaca) 50gr / 109yds; 1109 Peruvian Earth.

Needles: One set (5) US 6 (4.0 mm) Double Pointed Needles.

Notions: Tapestry Needle, Scissors, Safety Pins or scrap yarn.

Gauge: 24 sts and 32 rnds = 4” in Stockinette Stitch. If your gauge is not that given here, try a smaller or larger needle until you obtain this gauge. If you have to use a different size needle from that called for, it will not in any way alter the garment provided you knit 6 stitches to the inch.

Palm circumference: 6 (6.5, 7) in around with 1 inch of negative ease.

Hand length: Adjustable to fit.
