The Moonstone Baby Blanket is made with mandala-inspired motifs in baby friendly cotton. The colours are inspired by Moonstones, softly glowing silvery gemstones shimmering with pale blues, pinks and lilac. They are loved for their affinity with the moon, positivity and inspiration.

The colours I used for the sample are:

Three Bears Yarn Affection Cotton; 2 balls Purple Delight, 1 ball Baby Blue, 1 ball Baby Pink, 1 ball Cuddles and Cream, 1 ball Flamingo Pink, 1 ball Gentle Green, 1 ball Nautical Blue, 1 ball Peaches and Cream, 1 ball Pure White, 1 ball Mellow Yellow

You can use any aran weight yarn you like.

The motifs are joined together using the “Join As You Go” (JAYG) method, however you could also sew them together if preferred.
