The pattern includes the size for 38/39 (EUR) and 40/41 and Socks, Stockings, Overknees and garter belt stockings. All Patterns are charted. The lengh is choosable.
This is the english translation of the pattern ( thanks, Friederike!), I offer a german one too.
Errata for Chart G: Row 1 stitch 29 and stitch 43 must be a YO instead of a K
