This allover color work sweater was loosely inspired by one of my favorite bands from my younger years. It is a throwback to the early 90’s grunge baggy striped sweater, with an original color work motif and lace insert twist.

Fru Valborg Merino Single, Fingering weight yarn 399 yards/100g, approximately
MC= Shown in Fog 650 730 (790, 890, 980) (1020, 1100, 1270) yards, 2 2 (2, 2, 3) (3, 3, 3) skeins.
CC= Shown in Come As You Are 600 670 (730, 830, 920) (970, 1050, 1220) yards, 2, 2) (3, 3, 3) skeins.

Materials
US Size 3 (3.25 mm) circular needles, minimum 30” cord.
US Size 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles, minimum 30” cord.
US Size 5 (3.75 mm ) circular needles, minimum 30” cord.
Note on cord length, for the yoke and body section, especially the larger sizes, you may want a longer cord.
For the sleeves, a shorter cord, DPN’s or Magic Loop method may be used.
