This is a very cute and simple cowl design that features a beautiful but easy to work Open Shell Stitch. I also combined some tassels with beading for a more funky effect but these are optional.

This is a one skein only pattern, you can create this with less than one skein of Homespun Yarn even if making the cowl in a bigger size than presented. The pattern works up quickly using a size K Hook. I have included photos to help you along with any questions.

Other bulky weight yarns would be suitable to make this project, just make sure you have enough on hand to finish.
