This slim-fitting pantie-vest has many virtues. It won’t be bulky over the hips; it can’t ruckle at the waist; and best of all, it takes less wool than if you knitted vest and pants separately.

MATERIALS
5 ozs. of Patons Super, or Beehive, Scotch Fingering, 3-ply; 1 pair of No. 9 knitting needles; narrow ribbon for shoulder straps; 5 small buttons.

TENSION: 7 sts to 1 inch in width and 9 rows to 1 inch in depth, measured over the stocking-stitch after pressing.

MEASUREMENTS: After pressing, the garment measures 31 inches round underarms, but will fit up to a 36-inch bust size. Length from cast-off edge at top to lower edge, 24 inches.
