Pinwheel Gloves are a contemporary interpretation of traditional Sanquhar gloves. Named after the town of Sanquhar in the Dumfries and Galloway region of southwestern Scotland, Sanquhar gloves are still made and worn today. This part of Britain has been associated with excellence in glove knitting for hundreds of years.
