Here are the cast on numbers:
Cast on 80 (90, 100, 110) stitches.
The next set of numbers somehow got out of order. That is the stitch count after the increases. It should read:
Cast on 80 (90, 100, 110) stitches. Knit 4 rounds. Next round, increase 8 (10, 12, 14) stitches evenly around the round. 88 (100, 112, 124) stitches.
