Finished Size:
Cowl: 26” (66 cm) long (circumference) and 10” (26 cm) wide (tall).
This whimsical cowl lets you wear it in three different ways, you can have only polka dots, stripes, or half and half, depending on your mood.
The cowl starts with Provisional Cast on, knit in the rounds, first the stripe part, then the polka dot part, finishing with the stripes. The provisional cast on is joined with the bind off part with Kitchener stitch technique for truly invisible join.
