The Polka Dot Hat Knitting Pattern came about because I was looking for a cute polka dot baby hat pattern and couldn’t find one. And as usual, when I can’t find a knitting pattern I want, I design it! Hence, this adorable polka dot hat for babies and toddlers! It looks adorable in any two colors you choose! This pattern does require basic knowledge of fair isle or stranded knitting techniques.
