I wanted an openwork sweater that would work up quickly, so I played around with some thick yarn and a large hook and came up with this pullover - I love it! It’s warm and cozy and because it was worked top-down I was able to adjust it for a petite frame.

The stitch is simply a half-double crochet worked through back loops.
Gauge = 5.33hdc-tbl = 4”
4rows = 4.75”

The pattern is simple enough that I thought others might want to try it. It has a maximum of 19 rows from top to bottom - now that’s quick!! It does require a decrease and a foundation single crochet to start. This is my first pattern, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
