Video Tutorial Included: Video Tutorial includes several great tips for successfully working slip stitch crochet so be sure to watch all the way to the end!

Come learn a new technique and complete a dishcloth too, if desired!

I’ve long been a fan of knit-look crochet. I can’t knit a stitch to save my life so I’m always trying to incorporate stitches or stitch patterns into my designs that resemble knit stitch patterns. Reversible knit-look ribbing is great for a variety of projects including adding a stretchy band to your hats or stretchy cuffs and waistbands to your sweaters.

Slip stitching is, by far, my favorite technique in crochet. However, I’ve come to realize that not everyone shares my same enthusiasm. Because of this, I’ve planned a series of blog posts and video tutorials where I’ll share all of my tips and tricks on slip stitch crochet. Follow along with me to learn a few new stitch patterns, the hows and whys of this technique, and lots of great tips and tricks that will turn you into an expert slip stitcher in no time!

Yarn & Hook Info: This is listed in the blog post, however, since you’re just making a dishcloth you can use any yarn and hook you prefer.

Dishcloth & Video Tutorial is an A Crocheted Simplicity original design.
