This fluid cape, worked in the round in a gently rippling stitch pattern, is reminiscent of the Rhinemaidens in Richard Wagner’s opera, Das Rheingold.

It is shaped with decreases along a central back spine. This construction results in the back section being somewhat longer, creating an interesting line to the piece. It can be work with the central spine at the back, across one shoulder, or in the front.

Instructions include charts and written directions for each of the charts as well. Three sizes are included: Extra Small/Small, Medium/Large, and 1X-3X.
