The Rigi 3 hat is currently in test knitting. Let me know if you want to be part of the test knit - not all sizes are covered at the moment: https://forms.gle/8uByynY1m3QgzPZD8 The pattern is availabe in German and English and has been tech edited.

The Rigi 3 Hat is worked from the bottom up in a wide rib pattern composed of 16 radial segments. The ribbing of the triple-folded cuff (thus Rigi 3) flows seamlessly into the rib structure of the upper section. The decreases translate the logic of round-yoke sweaters into a hat construction.

The hat is knitted bottom-up on a short (40 cm) circular needle. For the crown shaping, switch to double-pointed needles or to a long circular needle for working with the Magic Loop method.
