It’s carnival time when you crochet this joyously colored shawl.
The body of the shawl is worked as a modified hexagon shape
that wraps your shoulders and stays in place without a shawl pin.
The simple beaded edging creates a nice drape to the fabric.

You can do it all with just single crochet, double crochet, and
chain stitches! The pattern includes both written and charted
instructions, using American crochet terminology

Since a small amount of a contrasting color is needed for the edging, you can use up leftovers from another project.

The shawl is easily made larger by continuing to increase, but you will need additional yarn.
