Sally is the main character from my children’s book titled “Frizzy Hair on a Sunny Day”.
She has a spunky personality, her laughter is infectious and she is almost certain to help you turn
a frown upside down. She loves her knitting and typically totes it with her everywhere.
(Daisy and knitting bucket pattern to be available soon.)

Gauge: The pattern is written to be knit with worsted weight yarn on smaller needles but you can adjust it by simply knitting your yarn on needles 2-3 sizes small than those recommended to create a tight knit fabric the stuffing doesn’t show through. Keep in mind if you change the size of the doll the sewing pattern for her clothes and shoes won’t fit unless you know how to upsize or down size them accordingly.

This 7 page pattern is very clearly written and includes bundles of pictures and unlimited email help from me in case you need a bit of help. Basic knitting stitches (knit stitches, a few purls, a bobble or two and binding off) and basic sewing knowledge (for her clothes!) is needed to complete this pattern. I always knit the magic loop method (a way of knitting in the round) but it can also be knitted on double-points as well.

You can email me at frizzyhairsunnyday@centurytel.net for questions about this pattern.
