Please note, this pattern has not been tested by a knit tester. The version of this pattern from 12.27.11 included some errors. An updated (12.30.11) version is now available for download at m1designs.typepad.com.

An important correction is the cast-on stitches for the small and medium sizes:

CO on 110 (122,134) for small, medium and large.

To measure the gauge, cast on a multiple of 12 plus 2 sts and then measure it over 25 sts and 30 rows.

6.25 sts = 1”and 7.5 rows = 1” in slipped stitch cable pattern
25 sts = 4” and 30” rows = 4” in slipped stitch cable pattern

Finished Measurements
flat measurements (knit piece laid flat without sewn seams)
width: 17.5 (19.5, 21.5)”
length: 51.75 (55.0, 58.0)”

note: The sizing may appear generous, but it can be worn more or less fitted depending on how it is worn.
