This week’s DrFrankKnits blog free pattern is a super-cute small fighter jet model! When made with worsted weight yarn and US Size 6 needles, it measures about 4.5 inches long, but feel free to adjust needles and yarn weight if desired to make a different-sized toy. My models were made in the blue and yellow colors of the Blue Angels squad, but you can also change the colors if you like to bust a stash! They’re safe for kids of all ages, and a perfect knitted toy for little boys! The small size makes them very portable. Try turning several models into a hanging display for your kids’ rooms!
