This is an easy to follow pattern with photos
It is available in 5 sizes ~
10” doll ( knitted on 2.75mm needles using 4ply )
14” doll ( knitted on 3mm needles using dk ) ,
prem/small newborn ( knitted on 4mm needles and using dk),
0-3 months ( knitted on 4.5mm needles and using aran )
3-6 months baby ( knitted on 5mm needles using chunky)

For the newborn ( dk ) you need 200g
The 0-3 months is ( aran ) approx 350g
And the 3-6 months is ( chunky ) 400g
