This crochet fish hat is something that I came up with because I wanted a softer flowing fish hat for me and my children. I love the idea of the fish hat and the knitted and crochet patterns that are out there currently are nice, but I just wanted something a little different.

There are quite a few stitches that aren’t “the norm” when crocheting in this pattern. I believe that these stitches give the fish hat a great shape, great texture, and all around great appearance.
