The weather is crisp and cold and it is the right time to wear this cosy warm gansey when going for a walk or a ride by Loch Strom up in the Shetlands!
A beautiful seamless sweater which looks equally good for guys and girls!

It is worked in the round starting with the sleeves and the body worked separately and then worked together for the yoke. Totally seamless there are only a few sts to join at underarms.
It has no fastenings but fits easily over the doll’s head..even those with lots of hair!

DPNS are necessary or circular needles. Stitch holders (safety pins will do) for the sts under arms. Stitch markers or waste yarn to mark rounds. A needle suitable for yarn.

Instructions are included for the sweater, hat, scarf and boot toppers.
The sweater was made with 54 grams yarn; if the collar is worked a few rows shorter one ball is sufficient. 2 balls are needed for the whole outfit.
